Class Schedule

We offer group classes for every level, every day of the week, to help fit into your schedule. Classes start punctually so please show up on time, ready to go. Don't forget to leave your ego at the door!

5am, 8am, 4pm, 5:30pm, 7pm

Warm-up, strength/skill practice, and a great workout all in the matter of an hour. No more wasting time in the gym not knowing what you should be doing. Let our coaches guide you on the road to achieving your goals.

Personal Training

Do you want 1-on-1 training to help you reach your goals?
We can pair you up with a coach who can tailor workouts just for you and your needs. Get stronger, get race ready, lean out or lose weight: whatever you want to work on we can help you get there. Contact us to schedule a consultation.

Specialty Classes

Tuesday Bodyweight/Conditioning
5pm – 5:30pm

Thursday Weight Lifting
5pm – 5:30pm

These are short classes to give you something a little different and a little extra. These can be done in addition to regular classes or by themselves if your time is limited.

Open Gym

Tuesday/Thursday
6:30pm – 7pm

Saturday & Sunday
10am – 11am

Come get in some extra strength work, practice some tougher skills, do some stretching/mobility work, or just hangout and talk story! Whatever you want to work on, a coach will be available to help as needed.
