We love having visitors drop-in for classes! Anyone with CrossFit experience is welcome to workout with us while visiting the island. Follow the steps bellow to get started.

STEP 1: Purchase A Visitor Pass

 

STEP 2: Sign-Up For Class Via PushPress

  • After purchasing your visitor pass you will be automatically redirected to the class sign-up page. You must sign-up for a class to workout.

  • Check your email and be sure to fill out the waiver before coming to class.

 

STEP 3: Come Workout!

  • Be sure to arrive 5-10 minutes early to class and be ready to workout.

  • Parking is anywhere on Alaloa St.

  • If you have any questions or problems completing the steps above please contact us ahead of time.
